1 General Provisions and Scope of Application

winevip.cam (referred to hereafter as "wine" or "the platform") provides an online gaming and sports betting service. These terms and conditions apply to all users of the wine platform — meaning anyone who browses the winevip.cam website, opens an account, or uses any service is subject to these terms.

This agreement is in Bengali. If a translation exists in any other language, the Bengali version shall be considered final and shall take precedence in the event of any dispute.

wine reserves the right to change these terms at any time. Users will be notified as early as practicable before changes take effect. Continuing to use the platform after changes means the new terms have been accepted.

2 Membership and Registration Process

2.1 Age and Eligibility

To open an account on wine, the user must be at least 21 years of age. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited. wine reserves the right to verify age at any time, and failure to pass verification may result in the account being suspended or closed.

2.2 Registration Information

At the time of registration, the user must provide the following information accurately:

• Full name (as per national ID or passport)
• Active mobile number
• Date of birth
• Email address (if applicable)
• Preferred payment method details

wine reserves the right to cancel an account and forfeit any balance if registration is completed with false or incomplete information.

2.3 One Person, One Account

Each person may open only one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person, all accounts will be closed and any associated bonuses will be cancelled. Opening an account using another person's identity or information is strictly prohibited.

3 Account Management and Security

3.1 Login Security

The user is fully responsible for keeping their account password and login details confidential. wine will not be liable for any loss resulting from sharing a password with someone else or allowing unauthorised access to the account.

If any suspicious activity is noticed on the account, or if login details are lost, the wine support team must be notified immediately.

3.2 Account Verification

wine may request KYC (Know Your Customer) verification at any time. This process may require submission of a national ID, passport, or other government-issued identification. Withdrawals will remain on hold if the user does not cooperate with verification.

3.3 Account Closure and Suspension

wine may suspend or close an account for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of terms and conditions
• Suspicion of fraud or dishonest activity
• Bonus abuse
• Suspicion of money laundering
• Non-cooperation with account verification

Users may also request account closure at any time — particularly if they wish to take a voluntary break in line with the responsible gambling guidelines.

4 Financial Transactions — Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on wine is ৳100. Accepted deposit methods are bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum amount is the same across all methods — ৳100.

The instructions provided on the platform must be followed when making a deposit. Funds sent through methods other than those approved will not be added to the account without verification.

4.2 Withdrawals

wine reserves the right to verify the account before processing a withdrawal. Withdrawals may be held if the wagering requirements of an active bonus have not been met.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on wine are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members are eligible to receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. A wagering requirement of 15 times the bonus amount must be met before the bonus can be withdrawn.

Example: A deposit of ৳1,000 will earn a ৳2,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳3,000. The wagering requirement will be ৳2,000 × 15 = ৳30,000.

5.2 Other Promotions

5.3 Bonus Terms

The following general terms apply to all bonuses:

• Bonuses are not cash — they cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements are met.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time (unless a specific exception applies).
• If bonus benefits are abused, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.
• If the wagering requirements of an active bonus are not met before claiming another bonus, the previous bonus will be considered void.

6 VIP Program and Cashback

wine's VIP program has five levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond.

Each level comes with weekly cashback — calculated as a percentage of that week's net loss (total losses minus total winnings):

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.7% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 1.0% weekly cashback
• Diamond: up to 1.2% weekly cashback

Example: If a Gold level member's net loss in a week is ৳20,000, the cashback will be ৳20,000 × 0.7% = ৳140.

Cashback is added to the account automatically. VIP levels advance based on consistent play — wine sets the criteria for progression.

7 Game Rules and Results

7.1 Fairness of Play

All game and sports betting results on wine are determined impartially. Slots and casino games use RNG (Random Number Generator) technology, and RTP information is available for each game.

7.2 Betting Results

Once confirmed, a bet cannot be withdrawn or changed. If a bet remains incomplete due to a technical error, wine will refund the original stake for that bet.

7.3 Disputed Results

If there is a disagreement over a game result, the data stored in wine's system shall be considered final. For live events, payment will be processed only after the official result is announced.

7.4 System Errors

wine reserves the right to void winnings that were incorrectly awarded due to a technical issue or software error (for example, a clearly abnormal large payout).

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the wine platform:

1. Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds
2. Bonus abuse — claiming bonuses through multiple accounts or by artificial means
3. Using fraudulent software, bots, or automated methods on any game or system
4. Attempting unauthorised access to another user's account
5. Harmful attacks on wine's systems or network
6. Opening an account under a false identity or using another person's information
7. Operating an account on behalf of, or for the use of, a minor

If any of the above activities are proven, the account will be closed, the balance will be forfeited, and legal action may be taken if necessary.
